Answers to your frequently asked questions
-
Can you hold a place before I apply?
Titan does not hold properties, the very best way to secure the home you want is to contact us and schedule a time to view. If you are unable to tour in person we can send you a video tour and/or perform a virtual tour. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Titan requires Security Deposit be paid upon screening approval. First months (prorated if needed) rent and any other charges are due at move in. -
Is the deposit refundable?
All deposits by definition are refundable. Security deposits are held until move out, as long as there are no outstanding balances and the home is returned in the same condition or better (less normal wear and tear) security deposits are sent out no later than 31 days from move out. -
Who needs a cosigner?
If an applicant does not qualify on their own a Co-signer may apply. Screening requirements are found on our website. Screening requirements may vary by city. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You may apply at any time for an available property on our website. However, unless there are extenuating circumstances, an application is not deemed complete until at least one adult moving in has seen the unit in person. -
How do I pay rent?
The absolute best way to pay rent is through the tenant portal. You may also pay in person at our physical office 5200 Meadows Rd Suite 150 Lake Oswego, OR 97035 (hours are M-F 9-5) OR we have a drop off location 2050 Beavercreek Rd suite 101-342 Oregon CIty, OR 97045 (hours vary and may be found on their website Oregon City UPS Store). -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
The first step would be to contact Titan and find out if your home allows pets and if so what the pet policy is. This information was also in your home’s listing. If allowed you will need to screen your potential pet through Petscreening.com (a specific link will need to be sent via our office). The rest will be determined after screening. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Contact Titan, it’s usually as easy as just giving notice and updating the current lease. -

You merely need to email in a 30 days notice. You will receive specific instructions after that. Titan also gives move out instructions at move in to make things even easier! -
